Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is simply “brain-language programming” in other words: exercises to program your mind for greater achievement. NLP can be used in almost any circumstance. We use NLP techniques for spelling, teaching our clients about memory, and we train students in exercises for increased confidence and academic success.
